My expected delivery date is past. Where is my product?

You can check the status of your order in the My Orders section. We constantly update the status of your order and notify you via the app, email or SMS in case of late deliveries. If you haven’t received any communication from us regarding a late order for more than 48 hours, feel free to raise a ticket through the app/website or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
