We had a system outage last week which led to a lot of orders not being processed on time. Our customer care systems also went down at the same time which led to a huge back log of customer tickets.


Our systems are back up now and your orders will be processed in 24 - 48 hours. So if you have placed an order, be rest assured that it will be delivered as long as the product has not gone out of stock in the brand store.


We would however require few more days to normalise our customer care service. This means that you might not get an immediate response from our agents but we are looking into all the customer care tickets and will reach out to you soon.


We are really sorry for this and will work hard to ensure that such issues won't happen in the future.
